The Silver Fox program at Chestnut Ridge is a doubles program for those 60+ played in the early afternoons. Both men and women are welcome in the program on Chestnut Ridge's "joint-friendly" Har-tru courts.

Women's Doubles Clinic

In our Women's Doubles Clinics technical skills and tactics are integrated so that players learn both when to hit a certain shot and how to hit it. Court positioning is a crucial element in playing better doubles. Positioning will be taught as well as modifications to the basic positions so that a player may get the most out of her game.

The Women's Singles Development Program provides the missing link between lessons and matches. This is playing practice sets. Players are provided with a wide range of opponents, all at the 4.0-5.0 level. Participants are also guided and encouraged to add new dimensions to their games.
